How do I secure the Mobile Tavern?

To secure your date, fill out our contact form or contact us via email to see if your date is available, once it is confirmed that your date is available, we require a signed agreement and 25 % deposit are required in order to hold the Tavern for your date.

How much does it cost to have Cork & Barrel at my event?

All quotes are customized to your specific event, date and time. Pricing for a rental begins at $1300 for weekdays and $1500 for weekends for a daily rental. Final pricing will be based on any additional add ons. Please fill out the contact form today!

Do you charge to deliver the Mobile Tavern to my event?

All delivery fees are included in your custom quote.  If your event is more than 40 miles from our headquarters in Hammonton NJ, additional fees may apply.

Does Cork & Barrel have insurance?

Our fleet is fully insured and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. To meet venues insurance requirements, one- day Wedding insurance is required for those occurring at a venue.

What type of events can I host with the Cork & Barrel?

Our Mobile Tavern is a great addition to any type of party or event like weddings, birthday parties, engagements, baby showers, wedding showers, holidays, graduation parties, Tailgates, Corporate events, The sky is the limit.

Is alcohol included in my rental?

In accordance with New Jersey state laws and regulations, Cork and Barrel is unable to provide or sell alcohol. All clients are responsible for the purchase of all wine, liquor and beer.

What’s included inside of my rental?

Our stunning 24 ft mobile tavern is fully decorated with unique pieces throughout, surely to capture the eyes of every guest that walks in. Inside you will find a double tap kegerator, a 60 can 14 bottle wine cooler & plenty of shelving and storage for your bottles or other items. The Tavern is also equipped with its own wifi (Subject to service availability), supporting two smart televisions, color adjusting lights to match your event & ambiance, speakers on both the interior and exterior of the tavern controlled by our iPad control center . There is also comfortable seating for 12-15 guests, and bar stools that can be removed for larger events. Plenty of standing room for other guests to mingle while awaiting their drink. Our tavern is also heated and cooled, which makes it great for any type of weather!

Do I need to provide anything for the bar?

All rentals will include the Tavern for a full days rental. “Full day” will be outlined in the contract and can be up to 24 hours depending on time of party, venue rules and regulation etc. The tavern will be stocked with 50 reusable cups(more cups can be provided for an additional cost). The tavern will also include an ice bin, two trash cans and a full tank of gas for the taverns generator which runs the AC/HEAT. The bar does require an outlet for its lighting, which a 200 ft extension cord is provided.

Are bartenders included?

Bartenders are not included in the initial pricing of our Tavern. We do work with our bartending partners who know our Tavern inside and out and can provide an out of this world experience to make your party an incredible experience!

How much time do you need to set up the event?

We typically require set-up time of 2 hours before the start of the event and 1 hour after the event for breakdown.

What are the requirements for the area where the Tavern will be dropped off?

The trailer is 24 ft long, 102 inches wide and 13 feet 2 inches high. We require a level area for the trailer to sit, and ample space to allow our truck to get the trailer into the area.

What if it rains the day of my event?

Our trailer is equipped with two entrances which those doors can be closed when necessary. You will have a choice to have both sides open or closed prior to the start of your event and according to the weather conditions of that day. Rest assured our Tavern can accommodate those rainy days!

What additional add ons do you offer?

We offer our lawn game packaged including corn hole, jumbo connect 4, and jumbo jenga. We also have a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and umbrellas and extra tables for additional charges. Please inquire about these additional items at the time of inquiry.

Do you provide event decor?

We can provide event decor catered to your event theme, balloon arches and flowers walls at an additional cost or provide you with one of our recommended vendors.
